Shoshana worked at our company, Koren Visual Solutions, for approximately eight months in the role of graphic designer. She was initially recruited as an assistant for a large project, but her stay extended significantly beyond the original plan. Unfortunately, due to the current scope of work, we can no longer continue her employment alongside our permanent staff. Within the studio department, Shoshana was responsible for consolidating, designing, planning, and developing graphic concepts for various projects. She reported directly to her manager. The studio operated based on the needs of our CEO, who also serves as the art director, and collaborated closely with project managers, designers, and other planners in the team. The graphic designer role at Koren requires proficiency in design tools to create engaging shopping experiences that reflect and promote brand values. Shoshana's responsibilities included designing signage systems, branding elements, and decorations that integrated seamlessly with the store's interior design and various display facilities. This position demands strong 3D visualization skills, proficiency in various design tools, and training in point-of-sale design, all of which Shoshana developed during her time with us. Throughout her tenure, she designed and executed projects for a range of clients, focusing primarily on printed materials. This included digital printing, ensuring complex file preparations were correctly completed before installations in the field. Shoshana is an experienced graphic designer—creative, talented, hardworking, and dedicated. She is pleasant to work with and excels in a team environment. She is responsible, attentive, and eager to develop and learn. Shoshana possesses a refined aesthetic sense, a solid understanding of branding, strong 3D perception, and mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite.
